We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery options

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.49
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.49
Estimated delivery: 1 business day

Free UK delivery is available on orders of £60 or more.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Order processing

Poor Timing products are prepared and dispatched from the UK. We aim to get orders on their way as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been sent.

During exceptionally busy periods, new product drops or circumstances outside our control, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you.

Tracking

Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can follow its progress using the tracking details provided.

Delivery delays

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally happen after an order has left us.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time or you believe your parcel may be lost, contact us at hello@poortiming.co.uk and we’ll help investigate.

Incorrect delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible at hello@poortiming.co.uk.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

UK delivery only

At launch, we only deliver to UK addresses. We may introduce international shipping in the future.
