Terms of service
TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Poor Timing website.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About Us
Poor Timing is a UK clothing brand.
Email: hello@poortiming.co.uk
Website: poortiming.co.uk
If Poor Timing is a trading name of another company or business, the legal business name and business address should also be stated here.
2. Our Products
We make and sell clothing and related products, including limited and short-lived designs inspired by current events, culture and everyday life.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, artwork, sizing and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Product availability can change without notice. Some Poor Timing designs may only be available for a limited period and may not be restocked once removed from sale.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
The price shown when you place your order is the price you will be charged, together with any applicable delivery charges shown at checkout.
If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error after you place an order, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where payment has not been authorised, an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Payment
Payment is taken securely using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
You must provide accurate and complete payment and billing information when placing an order.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses.
Available delivery services, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If there is a significant delay, please contact us at hello@poortiming.co.uk.
7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Your rights to cancel an online purchase, return goods and receive refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
8. Product Care and Sizing
Please follow any care instructions supplied with the garment.
Size guides are provided to help you select the correct size. Measurements may vary slightly between garments due to normal manufacturing tolerances.
9. Intellectual Property
The Poor Timing name, branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, written content and original product designs on this website belong to Poor Timing or are used with appropriate permission.
They must not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a purchase made by a consumer for personal use.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase will be those in force when you place your order.
