Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over £75, automatically applied at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-3 working days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect dispatch times.

Returns
We strive to provide a smooth and transparent process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review the details below:
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To expedite resolution, we may request photographs of the issue.
Damaged or Faulty Items: Once the issue is verified, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note: we cannot accept returns or issue replacements for items damaged due to improper use or installation.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement free of charge, including all shipping costs. Photographic proof may be requested to confirm the error.
General Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of receiving your order. For EU customers, this period extends to 14 days from receipt under the EU cooling-off period.
Eligibility:
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, with tags, and in original packaging.
Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders, perishable goods, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable.
Process:
Contact us to initiate your return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
UK Exchanges: We’ll cover postage costs to send your exchanged item.
International Exchanges: Additional postage costs may apply.
Conditions for Refund or Exchange: Items in poor condition will be returned to you without refund or exchange. For high-value returns, we recommend using a tracked and signed service.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
If your item was damaged, incorrect, or an error on our part, we’ll refund the full order value, including postage. For general returns, postage costs are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
Custom orders or personalized items
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
Sale items and gift cards
Lost or Undelivered Items
If your item has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement.
Lost in Transit: We will offer a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Address Provided: Refunds will exclude shipping costs, as couriers have attempted to fulfill their service.
